Poygan Tech is operated by Willow Tech LLC. This page describes the public offers and working principles. A project-specific written scope controls if it differs from this general information.

AI & Systems Blueprint

The $350 Blueprint is a standalone strategy service: one 60-minute working session plus a written opportunity map, prioritized recommendations, risk notes, and a practical next-step scope. Total delivery is capped at 2.5 hours. It does not include implementation, source code, advertising, hosting, subscriptions, data migration, vendor fees, or third-party purchases. Payment authorizes only this defined Blueprint service.

Advisory and implementation

Hourly advisory starts at $175 per hour when hourly work is appropriate. Build work starts from $2,500 and requires a separately accepted written scope describing deliverables, price, responsibilities, assumptions, acceptance criteria, support boundaries, third-party costs, and schedule.

Scheduling and cancellation

Poygan Tech contacts a Blueprint buyer using the checkout email to arrange scheduling. If Poygan Tech cannot accept the engagement, the Blueprint payment will be refunded. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms for other work are stated in the applicable written scope.

Results and AI limitations

Willow Tech LLC does not guarantee leads, revenue, savings, search rankings, uninterrupted service, or a specific business result. AI-generated material can be incomplete or wrong and requires controls appropriate to the use. Measurable acceptance criteria for delivered work belong in the written scope.

Data, access, and infrastructure

Customers must be authorized to provide any data, content, or system access. Credentials and sensitive information must use an approved secure method, never ordinary email. Customer production data and services use appropriate external business infrastructure selected for the project.

Ownership and third parties

Project ownership, licenses, reusable components, open-source software, and third-party services are identified in the written scope. Third-party providers control their own pricing, availability, terms, and service behavior.

Authority

Automated systems may help research, draft, test, and perform approved work, but they do not sign contracts or accept material legal obligations for Willow Tech LLC. Jake remains the authorized owner decision-maker.
