Poygan Tech is operated by Willow Tech LLC. This notice explains the current public website and email-inquiry practices.

Website measurements

The public site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. It records privacy-minimized first-party page-view and important-link counters so Poygan Tech can understand which pages and calls to action work. The measurement sends the page path, a named button label, limited campaign tags, referring hostname, and a random tab-session identifier used to group page loads during one browser-tab visit. The identifier is not stored in a cookie or local storage and disappears from the browser when the tab session ends. Raw measurement events are deleted after 90 days. Measurement does not send names, email addresses, message contents, full destination URLs, or stored IP addresses, and it stops when browser Do Not Track is enabled. No advertising tracker is installed.

Blog sponsorship measurement

Blog sponsorship is contextual, not personalized or behaviorally targeted. A sponsor placement is served as part of the Poygan Tech page and cannot add third-party JavaScript, tracking pixels, cookies, fingerprinting, or audience matching. The same coarse first-party measurement described above may count a sponsored page view or labeled sponsor-link click, including the page path, placement label, and outbound hostname. It does not create a visitor profile or disclose a visitor list to a sponsor. Aggregate reporting may be grouped or withheld when small counts would be misleading.

Inquiry information

If you use the interest form, it collects your email address, the page and form placement, limited campaign tags, referring hostname, submission time, and the exact reply permission shown beside the button. It creates a private CRM intake and a durable owner follow-up task; an advisory alert contains only the intake number. The submitted address is syntax-checked but its ownership is not independently verified. The form asks for one personal reply about your request; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated marketing sequence. Form submissions are not joined to the anonymous tab-session measurement described above.

The form temporarily uses a one-way representation of Cloudflare's source address in server memory to limit abuse. It is not written to the CRM or analytics database and expires from memory. If you email us directly, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, business information, project interests, and message. It is used to respond, evaluate fit, prepare requested material, maintain business records, and protect the service from abuse.

Poygan Tech synchronizes limited Inbox and Sent envelope information to its private CRM: sender and recipient addresses, subject, direction, provider message and thread identifiers, and timestamps. A new message using the website's “Poygan Tech project inquiry” subject creates an intake reminder when it is not already associated with an existing CRM conversation. Message bodies and attachments remain in Zoho Mail and are not copied into the CRM by this synchronization.

Do not send sensitive material

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, bank details, identity documents, health information, regulated data, or confidential customer records through ordinary email or project-intake fields. If a project later requires sensitive access, an appropriate secure method and written scope will be established first.

Providers and project data

Cloudflare hosts the public site and securely forwards the limited measurement and interest-form requests to Poygan Tech's private CRM; Zoho hosts business email. The CRM stores the submitted address and request metadata on Poygan Tech's controlled system. Additional providers are selected and disclosed when a project requires them. Customer production systems and data use separately approved external business infrastructure.

Retention and requests

Inquiry and business records are retained only as reasonably needed for the conversation, service delivery, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
