Poygan Tech is operated by Willow Tech LLC. This notice explains the current public website, inquiry, and payment practices.

Website measurements

The public site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. It records privacy-minimized first-party page-view and important-link counters so Poygan Tech can understand which pages and calls to action work. The measurement sends the page path, a named button label, limited campaign tags, and referring hostname. It does not send names, email addresses, message contents, full destination URLs, cookies, persistent identifiers, or stored IP addresses, and it respects the browser Do Not Track setting. No advertising tracker is installed.

Inquiry information

If you email us, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, business information, project interests, and message. It is used to respond, evaluate fit, prepare requested material, maintain business records, and protect the service from abuse.

Payment information

Payments use Stripe-hosted checkout. Poygan Tech does not collect or store full payment-card details on this website or its private systems. Stripe may collect checkout contact information and the limited project-intake answers shown on its payment page so the purchased service can be fulfilled.

Do not send sensitive material

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, bank details, identity documents, health information, regulated data, or confidential customer records through ordinary email or project-intake fields. If a project later requires sensitive access, an appropriate secure method and written scope will be established first.

Providers and project data

Cloudflare hosts the public site, Zoho hosts business email, and Stripe processes payments. Additional providers are selected and disclosed when a project requires them. Customer production systems and data use separately approved external business infrastructure—not the owner's private home server.

Retention and requests

Inquiry and transaction records are retained only as reasonably needed for the conversation, service delivery, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
