Build the thing your business keeps wishing existed.

Poygan Tech turns slow, scattered, repetitive work into AI tools, automations, apps, websites, and business systems people actually want to use.

Based in Wisconsin. Built for businesses anywhere. Clear scope, practical technology, no mystery project.

Automate, integrate, configure, or build—only what the outcome needs.

WHAT POYGAN TECH CAN DO

One technical partner. A much bigger menu of possibilities.

Bring the frustrating process, the ambitious idea, or the “there has to be a better way” problem. We will help determine whether to automate it, improve an existing tool, or build something new.

  • AI intake, triage, and drafting

02

Business automation

Connect the steps your team repeats across email, spreadsheets, forms, calendars, and software so work moves without constant copying.

  • Lead and follow-up automation
  • Approvals, alerts, and reporting
  • System-to-system integrations

03

Apps & internal tools

Build focused web apps, customer portals, dashboards, calculators, and operating tools around the way your business really works.

  • Custom web applications
  • Portals and dashboards

  • Business and product sites
  • Lead capture and payments
  • Conversion and content repair

05

CRM, ERP & management systems

Organize customers, work, quotes, inventory, projects, and reporting in one usable view—by improving an existing platform or creating a focused system.

06

AI education & strategy

Give owners and teams a practical understanding of where AI helps, where it fails, and how to use it safely in real work.

  • Owner strategy sessions
  • Team workshops and playbooks
  • Opportunity and risk roadmaps

WHAT THIS CAN LOOK LIKE

Less “Where is that?”
More “It is already handled.”

BeforeLeads live in inboxes, texts, and memory.AfterEvery request has an owner, status, and next action.

BeforeThe same information is copied three times.AfterOne update moves through the whole workflow.

BeforeYour team knows AI matters but not where to start.AfterYou have a ranked plan, safe use cases, and a first practical win.

BeforeYour website explains what you are, but not why to act.AfterVisitors understand the value and know exactly what to do next.

HOW WE WORK

Clarity first. Then the right-sized build.

  1. 01

    Start with the outcome

Tell us what is slow, confusing, expensive, or missing. A short fit check determines whether there is a sensible next step.

    Free fit check
  2. 02

    Map the opportunity

The AI & Systems Blueprint turns the idea into priorities, requirements, risks, and a practical build-or-buy recommendation.

    $350 fixed
  3. 03

    Build in a defined sprint

If implementation makes sense, you receive a separate fixed scope with deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedule, and third-party costs.

    From $2,500
  4. 04

    Launch, train, and improve

We test the system, document it, train the people using it, and quote ongoing care only when real recurring work exists.

    Measured support

SIMPLE STARTING POINTS

Buy clarity before buying a big build.

Fixed-price work is preferred because you should know what an outcome costs. Hourly advisory is available when the work is genuinely open-ended.

Third-party hosting, software, usage, travel, taxes, and pass-through costs are identified before approval and are not silently bundled. Pricing is a starting point; a written scope controls every engagement.

SHOW THE WORK

Designed to make complicated operations feel obvious.

Poygan Tech maintains a working synthetic demonstration of lead intake, AI summaries, ownership, quote status, project tracking, and weekly reporting. It demonstrates product capability without pretending fictional data is a customer result.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions worth asking before any technology project.

Do I need to know exactly what software I want?

No. Start with the business outcome or pain point. Poygan Tech can compare configuration, integration, automation, and custom-build options before recommending an approach.

Can you work with the software we already have?

Often, yes. A good result may be a focused configuration or integration instead of replacing a mature tool that already works.

Is the $350 Blueprint required?

Not always. A clearly defined small project may be quoted directly. The Blueprint is useful when the problem crosses systems, the requirements are unclear, or several solutions deserve comparison.

Can you guarantee savings or revenue?

No. We can define measurable acceptance criteria for the work, but demand, adoption, vendors, and business decisions affect outcomes.

Where will my production system and data live?

On appropriate external business infrastructure selected for your project—not on the owner's private home server. Access, backups, responsibilities, and ongoing costs are defined in writing.

Who provides the service?

Poygan Tech is operated by Willow Tech LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company.

THE IDEA DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PERFECT

It just has to solve something worth fixing.

Tell us what you wish happened automatically, what your team cannot see, or what you want to build. We will help turn it into a decision.
