Not always. A clearly defined small project may be quoted directly. The Blueprint is useful when the problem crosses systems, the requirements are unclear, or several solutions deserve comparison.
Can you guarantee savings or revenue?
No. We can define measurable acceptance criteria for the work, but demand, adoption, vendors, and business decisions affect outcomes.
Where will my production system and data live?
On appropriate external business infrastructure selected for your project—not on the owner's private home server. Access, backups, responsibilities, and ongoing costs are defined in writing.
