A GOOD FIT

Potential sponsors should offer something plausibly useful to local business owners, operators, builders, or people learning about practical technology. Every placement is reviewed. Misleading claims, deceptive interfaces, speculative get-rich-quick offers, political persuasion, adult content, and products that create unreasonable privacy or safety risk are declined.
MEASUREMENT
Coarse signals, not people profiles.
Poygan Tech may report aggregate page views and labeled sponsor-link clicks collected by its privacy-minimized first-party measurement. Reporting does not include a visitor list, cookies, persistent identifiers, stored IP addresses, cross-site behavior, or personalized targeting. Small counts may be grouped or withheld when sharing them could be misleading.
EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE
The label is part of the deal.
Sponsorship does not purchase coverage, a recommendation, or approval of editorial copy. Sponsors cannot remove criticism or preview unrelated stories. Poygan Tech may reject or remove a placement that becomes inaccurate, unsafe, or inconsistent with these guidelines.
PAYMENT & TIMING
Agreed first, paid second.
Availability, dates, creative, destination, price, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before payment. For an accepted placement, Poygan Tech creates a one-time Stripe-hosted payment request; payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not collected on this blog.
